Article 1

The International Cocoa Agreement 2010 (‘the Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union .

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, deposit the acts provided for in Article 54 of the Agreement .

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
