The measure comprising the sale of Dexia BIL does not constitute aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Implementation of the measure is therefore authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
