Article 1

Die Zulassung von Lactobacillus pentosus (DSM 14025) als Zusatzstoff in der Tierernährung wird verweigert.

Article 2

Vorhandene Bestände von Lactobacillus pentosus (DSM 14025) und diesen enthaltende Vormischungen werden so bald wie möglich, spätestens jedoch am 22. April 2012 vom Markt genommen. Vor dem Inkrafttreten der vorliegenden Verordnung mit Lactobacillus pentosus (DSM 14025) hergestellte Silage kann aufgebraucht werden, bis die Bestände erschöpft sind.

Article 3

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
