Article 1

The name contained in Annex I to this Regulation shall be entered in the register. The undertakings listed in Annex II to this Regulation may, however, continue to use that name for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
