Article 1

The partial interim review of the countervailing measures applicable to imports of polyethylene terephthalate currently falling within CN code 39076020 and originating, inter alia, in India is hereby terminated without amending the measures in force.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
