Article 1

The anti-dumping measures concerning imports of certain plastic sacks and bags, currently falling within CN codes ex39232100, ex39232910 and ex39232990 and originating in the People’s Republic of China and Thailand are hereby repealed and the proceeding concerning these imports is terminated.

Article 2

The partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of certain plastic sacks and bags, currently falling within CN codes ex39232100, ex39232910 and ex39232990 and originating in the People’s Republic of China initiated pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009, is hereby terminated.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
