Article 1

Directive 2004/17/EC shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following services to be carried out in Hungary: (a) domestic standard Business post parcels services (B2X); (b) domestic express parcel services; (c) domestic courier parcel services; (d) combined freight services; and (e) contract logistics.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to Hungary.
