Article 1

Formaldehyd (EG-Nr. 200-001-8, CAS-Nr. 50-00-0) wird für die Produktart 20 nicht in Anhang I, IA oder IB der Richtlinie 98/8/EG aufgenommen.

Article 2

Mit Wirkung vom 1. Juli 2015 dürfen keine Formaldehyd enthaltenden Produkte mehr als Biozid-Produkte zum Schutz von Futtermitteln in den Verkehr gebracht werden.

Article 3

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Mitgliedstaaten gerichtet.
