The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure associated with eradicating avian influenza in Spain in 2009 is fixed at EUR 877910,62.

Article 2

The balance of the financial contribution is fixed at EUR 377910,62.

Article 3

This Decision constituting a financing decision in the meaning of Article 84 of the Financial Regulation is addressed to the Kingdom of Spain.
