Article 1

The number of Advocates-General of the Court of Justice of the European Union shall be increased to: nine, with effect from 1 July 2013; eleven, with effect from 7 October 2015.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
