Article 1

Die Mitgliedstaaten ziehen die Standardauslastungsfaktoren im Anhang heran, um die produktbezogene Aktivitätsrate von in Artikel 3 Buchstabe h der Richtlinie 2003/87/EG genannten Anlagen in Einklang mit Artikel 18 des Beschlusses 2011/278/EU zu bestimmen.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss tritt am Tag nach seiner Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
