Council Decision of 9 July 2013 appointing the President of the Boards of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs)

Mr Théophilos MARGELLOS, born in Athens on 21 November 1953, is hereby appointed President of the Boards of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) for a term of five years.

The date on which the five-year term referred to in Article 1 shall commence shall be determined by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs).

This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
