Article 1

Annex IX to Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009 is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 March 2013.
