Die zuständige Behörde des Mitgliedstaats, in dem die Bestimmungsanstalt oder -einrichtung liegt, entscheidet in allen Fällen unmittelbar über den in Artikel 19 genannten Antrag.“

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
