Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung wird Propiconazol als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktart 9 zugelassen.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
