Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1215/2013 of 28 November 2013 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 32/2000 as regards the extension of the Union’s tariff quotas for jute and coconut-fibre products

The fifth column (‘Quota period’) of the table in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 32/2000 is amended as follows: (1) the text for serial number 09.0107 is replaced by the following: ‘from 1 January to 31 December each year until 31 December 2023’; (2) the text for serial number 09.0109 is replaced by the following: ‘from 1 January to 31 December each year until 31 December 2023’; (3) the text for serial number 09.0111 is replaced by the following: ‘from 1 January to 31 December each year until 31 December 2023’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2014.
