Article 1a

By way of derogation from Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) No 807/2010, the implementation period of the 2013 annual distribution plan shall finish on 28 February 2014.’;

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Point 2 of Article 1 shall apply from 30 September 2013.
