Article 1

The Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius is hereby approved on behalf of the Union. The text of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall give, on behalf of the Union, the notifications provided for in Article 17 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement .

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
