The position to be adopted by the European Union for a decision by the Management Entities under the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the European Union on the coordination of energy-efficiency labelling programmes for office equipment on revising the display and imaging equipment specifications in Annex C, Parts II and III, and adding new specifications for computer servers and uninterruptible power supplies, to the Agreement shall be based on the attached draft decision. This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
