Council Decision of 9 April 2014 adopting the Council’s position on draft amending budget No 1 of the European Union for the financial year 2014

The Council’s position on draft amending budget No 1 of the European Union for the financial year 2014 was adopted on 9 April 2014. Following the judgement of the European Court of Justice of 11 July 1985 in joined cases 87, 130/77, 22/83, 9 and 10/84 , the Council recalls that budgetary remarks are not binding and are without prejudice to existing provisions in legislative acts.
