Commission Regulation (EU) No 317/2014 of 27 March 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards Annex XVII (CMR substances) Text with EEA relevance

Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 is amended in accordance with Annexes I, II and III to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Annex I to this Regulation shall apply from 1 April 2014. Annex II to this Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2015. Annex III to this Regulation shall apply from 1 April 2016.
