Article 1

Notwithstanding the rate of import duty fixed in the Common Customs Tariff, the import duty on broken rice falling within CN code 10064000 shall be EUR 65 per tonne.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
