Article 1

The anti-dumping duty on imports of powdered activated carbon currently falling within CN code ex38021000 (TARIC code 3802100020) originating in the People's Republic of China is repealed and the relevant proceeding is terminated.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
