Article 1

Annex IB to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 is amended as follows: In part I, Definitions, point (rr), first indent, the date of ‘31 December 2013’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2015’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
