Article 1

By way of derogation from Article 12(d) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, in 2015 public intervention for butter and skimmed milk powder shall be available from 1 January to 30 September.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
