Article 1

The Annex to Implementing Decision 2013/115/EU is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

Appendix 2 of the Annex to Implementing Decision 2013/115/EU shall apply until 31 January 2015. Appendix 2 of the Annex in the Annex to this Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2015.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
