Council Decision (EU) 2015/239 of 10 February 2015 on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe

The Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (the ‘Protocol’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union .

The President of the Council shall give, on behalf of the Union, the notification provided for in Article 15 of the Protocol .

Subject to the provisions and conditions laid down in the Annex, the Commission is empowered to approve, on behalf of the Union, the amendments made to the Protocol in the Joint Committee.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
