Decision of the Court of Justice of 4 June 2015 on official holidays and judicial vacations

The list of official holidays within the meaning of Article 24(4) and (6) of the Rules of Procedure is established as follows: New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, 1 May, Ascension, Whit Monday, 23 June, 15 August, 1 November, 25 December, 26 December.

For the period from 1 November 2015 to 31 October 2016, the dates of the judicial vacations within the meaning of Article 24(2) and (6) of the Rules of Procedure are as follows: Christmas 2015: from Monday 21 December 2015 to Sunday 10 January 2016 inclusive, Easter 2016: from Monday 21 March 2016 to Sunday 3 April 2016 inclusive, Summer 2016: from Friday 22 July 2016 to Sunday 4 September 2016 inclusive.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
