Article 1

The State aid which Germany has implemented for Saarbrücken Airport is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union. The measures which Germany has implemented for airlines (2007 schedule of charges, marketing agreement with Air Berlin) do not constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
