Article 1

In Anhang II der Richtlinie 2002/46/EG wird in Teil A unter Nummer 10 (FOLAT) folgender Buchstabe c angefügt: „c) (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolsäure, Glucosaminsalz“ .

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
