Article 1

Annexes VIII and IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply from the date referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 2 of Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1863 . The date of application shall be published on the same day in the Official Journal of the European Union.
