Article 1

The anti-subsidy proceeding concerning imports into the Union of European sea bass and gilthead sea bream originating in Turkey and currently falling under CN codes 03028410, 03028530, 03038410, 03038955, ex03044990 and ex03048990 is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
