Article 1

Common Position 2001/931/CFSP is amended as follows: In Article 5, the following paragraph is added: ‘The measures referred to in Articles 2, 3 and 4, in so far as they apply to “Fuerzas armadas revolucionarias de Colombia” — “FARC” (“Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia”), shall be suspended.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
