Article 2

Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005 is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 15 November 2016.
