Article 1

The annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003 are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply, regarding the transmission of data to the Commission (Eurostat), from 1 January 2018.
