Article 1

The benchmark rate referred to in Part B, Section 4, paragraph (2) and Section 6, paragraph (4) of Annex II to Directive 2014/17/EU (EBA benchmark rate) specified by the EBA is set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
