Das Wilfried-Martens-Zentrum für europäische Studien wird hiermit als europäische politische Stiftung eingetragen. Es erwirbt europäische Rechtspersönlichkeit am Tag der Veröffentlichung dieser Entscheidung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung wird am Tag ihrer Bekanntgabe wirksam.
