Article 1

Das Institut Europäischer Demokraten wird hiermit als europäische politische Stiftung eingetragen. Es erwirbt europäische Rechtspersönlichkeit am Tag der Veröffentlichung dieser Entscheidung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung wird am Tag ihrer Bekanntgabe wirksam.

Article 3

Diese Entscheidung richtet sich an das Institut Europäischer Demokraten Rue de l’Industrie/Nijverheidsstraat 4 1000 Bruxelles/Brussel BELGIQUE/BELGIË
