Die Partei der Europäischen Linken wird hiermit als europäische politische Partei eingetragen. Sie erwirbt europäische Rechtspersönlichkeit am Tag der Veröffentlichung dieser Entscheidung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung wird am Tag ihrer Bekanntgabe wirksam.

Article 3

Diese Entscheidung richtet sich an die: Partei der Europäischen Linken Square de Meeûs 25 1000 Bruxelles/Brussel BELGIQUE/BELGIË
