Article 1

Party of the European Left is hereby registered as a European political party. It shall acquire European legal personality on the date of the publication of this Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification.

This Decision is addressed to Party of the European Left Square de Meeûs 25 1000 Bruxelles/Brussel BELGIQUE/BELGIË
