Article 1

The reference of standard EN 60335-2-9:2003, ‘Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety -- Part 2-9: Particular requirements for grills, toasters and similar portable cooking appliances’, as last amended by A13:2010 shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union with a restriction as set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
