Article 1

‘2 The list of data shall be recorded and provided to the Commission by 31 March each year, in accordance with the templates set out in the Annexes to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1242/2014 , for each operation selected for funding under the operational programme supported by the EMFF.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
