Article 1

Article 8 of Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows: (1) in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 418000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 443000’; (2) in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 5225000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5548000’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
