1 The European Marine Biological Resource Centre — European Research Infrastructure Consortium named ‘EMBRC-ERIC’ is set up.

2 The essential elements of the Statutes of EMBRC-ERIC are set out in the Annex.

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium, the French Republic, the Hellenic Republic, the State of Israel, the Italian Republic, the Kingdom of Norway, the Portuguese Republic, the Kingdom of Spain and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
