Article 1

The temporary suspension of preferential customs duty on imports of fresh bananas classified under heading 08030019 of the European Union Combined Nomenclature and originating in Nicaragua is not appropriate.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
