Article 1

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of silicon with a silicon content of less than 99,99 % by actual weight, originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Brazil, currently falling within CN code 28046900, is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
