Article 1

The Rules of Procedure of the General Court of 4 March 2015 are hereby amended as follows: (1) In Article 3(3), the words ‘, the Vice-President’ are deleted. (2) In Article 28(2), the words ‘, the Vice-President of the General Court’ are added after ‘The Chamber seised of the case’.

Article 2

These amendments to the Rules of Procedure, authentic in the languages referred to in Article 44 of those Rules, shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall enter into force on the first day of the month following that of their publication.
