Article 1

Falls das Unterhaus das Austrittsabkommen spätestens am 29. März 2019 billigt, wird die Frist nach Artikel 50 Absatz 3 EUV bis zum 22. Mai 2019 verlängert. Falls das Unterhaus das Austrittsabkommen nicht bis zum 29. März 2019 billigt, wird die Frist nach Artikel 50 Absatz 3 EUV bis zum 12. April 2019 verlängert. In diesem Fall wird das Vereinigte Königreich vor dem 12. April 2019 Angaben zum weiteren Vorgehen machen, die der Europäische Rat prüfen wird.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss tritt am Tag seiner Annahme in Kraft.
