Article 1

Die von der Slowakei geplante Beihilfe für Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia s.r.o., die sich auf maximal 125046543 EUR (Gegenwartswert) beläuft, was einer Beihilfehöchstintensität von 9,13 % des Bruttobeihilfeäquivalents entspricht, ist nach Artikel 107 Absatz 3 Buchstabe a des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar. Die Gewährung der Beihilfe wird daher genehmigt.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Slowakische Republik gerichtet.
