Article 1

‘2 This Decision shall expire 41 months after the date of the conclusion of the agreement referred to in Article 3(3) or, if no agreement has been concluded within that period, six months after the date of its entry into force.’

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
